Regular price $1.99

Reach your home downpayment goal with this $25k house savings tracker printable.  You can also use this worksheet as a sinking fund tracker to save for home renovation projects that cost $25,000.

Purchasing a home is a huge undertaking.  Make the act of saving fun with this unique savings coloring sheet that you can use to save up for your dream home.

There are 100 bricks, each labeled $250.  For every $250 you save, you can color in a brick using colored pencils or any other art supplies.  Each row of bricks is worth $2,500.

You can color in the chimney, smoke, and star scene before you start saving to add a little bit of whimsy to your house savings tracker. Write in the date you started saving and when you met your savings goal in the boxes at the bottom of the coloring sheet.

A $25,000 down payment is equal to a 20% down payment on a $125,000 house.

Easy File Downloading

After you've gone through the checkout process, you'll immediately be on a page with links to download your files.  Additionally, an email with your download links will be sent to the email you used during the checkout process.

The files will either be in a PDF format or a ZIP file.

Click the links to download the files and open them.

Most devices such as mobile phones and iPads don't allow you to download through a link.

Due to the constant changes and differences in technology, I am unable to provide any technical help at this time.

How to unzip a ZIP file:

Many of the products in this store are sent using a compressed ZIP file.

On a laptop or PC- Once the ZIP file is saved to your computer, double click the file to unzip it.  If this doesn't work, right-click the file and click "Extract All."

On a mobile device- You can add a file that was unzipped on a laptop or desktop to Google Drive or Dropbox in order to access it on your phone.  This is the easiest method.

Another option is to download a free app to unzip files on your phone.  Then download the file and follow the app's instructions to unzip it.

Files sent in PDF format will require a PDF reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader is pre-installed on most computers but if it's not, you'll need to download Adobe Reader here.

If you can't find the file once it's downloaded, look in Downloads under My Computer.  Another way is to search for the title of the file on your computer which should show it's current location.
