How to unzip a ZIP file:
Many of the products in this store are sent using a compressed ZIP file.
On a laptop or PC- Once the ZIP file is saved to your computer, double click the file to unzip it. If this doesn't work, right-click the file and click "Extract All."
On a mobile device- You can add a file that was unzipped on a laptop or desktop to Google Drive or Dropbox in order to access it on your phone. This is the easiest method.
Another option is to download a free app to unzip files on your phone. Then download the file and follow the app's instructions to unzip it.
Files sent in PDF format will require a PDF reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader is pre-installed on most computers but if it's not, you'll need to download Adobe Reader here.
If you can't find the file once it's downloaded, look in Downloads under My Computer. Another way is to search for the title of the file on your computer which should show it's current location.
